If someone still has to export an Excel file, copy the data, and paste it into Odoo every afternoon, that’s not integration.

We recently looked at a workflow where sales orders were being entered in Odoo, but another team still had to copy customer and order information into a separate system.

Around 40 to 50 records were being handled this way every day.

The problem wasn’t that the teams were slow.

The systems simply weren’t talking to each other.

We connected the workflow so the required information moved automatically between the systems, with validation rules in place to catch incomplete or incorrect data.
